1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Satolink platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Satolink regarding your use of our payment routing infrastructure.

2. Non-Custodial Service Agreement

Satolink is strictly a non-custodial software protocol. We provide a simplified payment interface to route transactions, but we do not:

  • Hold, secure, or manage your private keys.
  • Take custody of your Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), or any other digital asset.
  • Have the ability to reverse, freeze, or refund any transaction executed on the blockchain.

You acknowledge that the underlying blockchain protocols are decentralized and operate independently of Satolink.

3. User Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the security of your own wallets and funds. It is your obligation to verify that the destination addresses linked to your @satolink.com handle are accurate and under your direct control. Satolink accepts no liability for funds sent to incorrect, compromised, or incompatible wallet addresses.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using our Service, you strictly agree not to:

  • Utilize the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, including money laundering or terrorist financing.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation to register deceptive payment handles.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service infrastructure.

Satolink reserves the right to unbind or revoke any public handle that violates these terms, without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Satolink, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
